THE RULES

fotografer.de is universal, virtually recognized in the field of documentary & classics freestyle photography web plattform for occasional photographers and explorers since 1756 or so.

1. fotografer.de is a web site for occasional freestyle photography. It can be documentary, it must be a classic. Only materials under individual copyright are allowed. Members agree with this registration to publish own copyright photographs.

2. New users start with a beginner registration with 5 images allowed. New uploads will be held down for approval first. Approval is reguired for newly registered members before they appear at fotografer.de/gallery. You may apply for a Master account, where no restrictions currently apply. Just talk to the management.

3. No portion of this site, text, images or code, may be copied, reproduced, published or distributed in any medium without the expressed written permission of the copyright holder, respectively - the site management. Photographs can be used for the purpose of press and TV announcements introducing the site activity, including advertising materials.

4. This site is not a place for materials, which may be in conflict with the common internet ethics and standarts of conduct; which contain threats to human life or inviolability; or call for violence or racial, ethnic or religious enmity; violate the rights or the lawful interests of a third party; contain trade or business secrets or other confidential information; which are protected by copyright or intentionally contain false information or calumnies. If such materials are published, the administrators have exclusive rights to delete them and place information about the violator at the affected party's disposal, as well as to deactivate the violator's profile without a warning.

5. Every user is allowed to one registration only. It is not recommended to upload one and the same picture more than once. Duplicate photos and accounts will be deleted by the administrators, and without prior confirmation.

6. Members are expected to sort out their own photographs on a regular basis. Keep your gallery clean! And, expensive.

7. fotografer.de does not hold responsibility for any photographs, opinions and comments or actions expressed by registered members. Every man is the architect of his own words & actions. Be a role model.

8. Allowed image height / width is 2500 / 2500 pixels.

9. The management has the right to delete any materials or not to approve them any time, at any cost, and without further notice. This gallery is for documentary & classics. Humans decide.

10. For bulky shots feel free to join bulkography. It costs nothing, fun is guaranteed.

11. fotografer.de gallery, bulkography and fotografer.de newspaper are all independent sections. You will need to register a separate account for each.
